Question: What deposit is required to confirm an event with Turners Vineyard? Answer: A $500.00 deposit (cleared) is required to confirm your tentative booking. The signed Terms & Conditions should accompany your deposit.
Question: What is your address? I want to send conference materials for my upcoming event or meeting. Answer: Please send all conference and meeting materials clearly labelled with your event reference number and your event name on the carton. Please attention all materials as follows: Attn:Events Manager Turners Vineyard Mitchell Highway Orange NSW 2800 Please ensure you provide your event reference number, event name and date of event. Deliveries should not be sent any earlier than 2 weeks prior to your event.
Question: Is there transport to and from Turners Vineyard for delegates? Answer: Orange has a variety of transport (public and private), available upon request. Taxis are accessible from the airport (15 minutes drive from Turners Vineyard), and can be pre-arranged with Orange Taxi Company on 131 008. Local bus companies are available for tour groups, or large group outings. Please ask our Event Manager or staff for further information.
Question: Does your venue have Broadband and what is the cost? Answer: Turners Vineyard has FREE wireless broadband available at our establishment. Our Broadband service is wireless and any guest or delegate can log-in to a connection with a wireless card. Please contact reception direct for details regarding log-on.
Question: Does Turners have equipment and audio visual for hire? Answer: We have state-of-the-art equipment for hire. If we do not have a piece of equipment on our audio visual listing in our Conference Package we will endeavour to source it for you from our range of suppliers.
Question: I wish to give my delegates a gift pack? What can Turners Vineyard offer? Answer: Turners Vineyard (with prior arrangement), can offer each guests of your meeting or conference a small gesture or gift to say thank you for your attendance. Our suggestion is our twin gift pack of wine (RRP $25-28per pack). Should you wish to place items in guest rooms prior to arrival please speak with our reservations department or your Event Manager prior to arrival.
Question: I need to cancel an event, Is there a cancellation fee? Answer: All deposits are non-refundable. You may re-schedule your event with our Event Manager, and your deposit will be transferred over to the new scheduled date, however should you wish to cancel the event / meeting entirely, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations must be in writing addressed to the Event Manager.
Question: I would like to use Turners Vineyard logos or images to promote my event, can I do this? Answer: Yes, however written consent from our Management team is required. You may request by email on Info@turnersvineyard.com.au
Question: I have received an "Event Outline", What is It and what do I need to do with it? Answer: Your Event Outline or Running Sheet is the document which confirms all requirements for your event. You will receive this document via a PDF file, which will be sent via email to the designated email address. instructions on approving your event or meeting requirements are enclosed in this email. To confirm you event Turners Vineyard requires all event outlines to be approved a minimum of 2 weeks prior to an event. Your Event Outline will include timing for breaks, your event contact details and your catering, audio visual and costing.
Question: I have not received my confirmation letter for my event or meeting. What should I do? Answer: Please contact our Event Manager for details and to confirm we have the correct mailing or email address on file.
Question: I require chair covers for my event - Can Turners arrange this? Answer: Yes! Turners Vineyard now supply and fit Chair Covers and a variety of sash colours. Contact us on 02 6369 1045 to discuss your requirements.
Question: I received a request to confirm final numbers and table layouts, what do I do? Answer: Our request for final numbers is to ensure we invoice you correctly, should we not receieve final numbers in writing, your last updated or original guest count will be the amount charged for your event. Your table layout is simply to ensure that your room set up is exactly the way you require it when we set the room for you. For you wedding, simply write the number of guests per table and fax to our Event Manager on 02 6369 1046 at least one (1) week prior to your event.
