Reservation Policy & Group Reservation Policy

 

Turners Vineyard Lodge cancellation policy is applicable to all reservations made through all mediums (phone, online or through a third party i.e. travel agent).

Turners Vineyard Lodge cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance

Failure to notify Turners Vineyard of non-arrival or cancellation by 2.00pm AEST 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% for the first night booked.

Reservations must be confirmed upon the time of booking with a credit card (security verification code and pre-authorization may be required). Guests will be issued with a booking reference Id, which we recommend guests record for personal records.

 

Processing of Non-arrival Charges:

Designated credit card secured on booking will be charged immediately for all non-arrivals. A receipt will issued to address given at time of booking.

 

Cash Bonds:

In the event that guests cannot confirm accommodation with a credit card, Turners Vineyard requires guests to secure booking with a cash bond of $100.00 and pay the full amount of the room upon booking accommodation. Reservations will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

 

Group Reservations:

Turners Vineyard accepts group reservations that are secured with a deposit (in the form of a credit Card).

Group Reservations are subject to a cancellation policy different from that of an individual reservation. A group wishing to place a booking for multiple rooms (more than 10 rooms for a consecutive period) should contact our Event Manger for pricing.

Group rooms will be held for a period no later than 4 weeks prior to the arrival of the group. Turners Vineyard requires all group rooms to have individuals assigned to their specified room (in writing), no later than the last working day before the fall of the four (4) week deadline

(E.g. Arriving on Jan 1, 09 we would require all names to be confirmed on 1st Dec 08 – a total of one (1) month prior to arrival).

Should Turners Vineyard not receive the listing we will cancel all rooms that are not secured with a guest name without notice.

 

Securing the Group Booking:

We reserve the right to remove any un-secured group booking without notice, if not secured with a credit card or by a deposit (which will be formulated on the number of rooms which a group requires to confirm).

A deposit is required within 7 days (if by cheque) to secure the group reservation, and until such time a credit card as a security hold will be required. All deposits should clearly mark the split for each room (if guests have paid different deposit amounts)

 

Cancellations:

A Cancellation fee will apply for any rooms cancelled within one (1) month of the arrival date. The cancellation fee will be 100% of the full room rate for the full period.

 

Modifications & Changes:

We are happy to accept changes and modifications to your group booking without a fee prior to the 4 week deadline (as described above). However shall these changes be made within one (1) month of arrival we reserve the right to charge and remit payment at the time of the change for a total of $12 for each reservation that is altered.

Turners Vineyard reserves the right to alter, change or amend our policies without notice. Changes will be posted directly on the website. All reservations are subject to availability at time of booking or change.
